Fouché Studios is a business in the art industry that offers original wildlife art, soft pastel drawings, and Giclée prints inspired by African wildlife. We also provide commissioned artwork and exhibitions.
Please allow 2-3 working days for original artworks to be packaged before dispatch. Original artworks are shipped in custom made, strong wooden boxes lined with foam.
Please allow 5 working days for Giclée prints to be printed , packaged and shipped. Our giclée prints are shipped in postal tubes.
We use DHL express couriers for all international shipments. Artwork is fully insured whilst in transit.
We use “the courier guy” for all shipments within South Africa. Insurance can be quoted on and added upon request.
International shipments take approximately 3 – 5 days to reach your address , subject to any delays at customs.
Shipments within South Africa take 2 – 3 days to be delivered to major cities and 4 – 5 days for outer lying areas.
Our delivery times are estimated, and we cannot be held responsible for delays after the parcel has been dispatched from our studio. Should the parcel be rerouted and/or lost, Fouché Studios is not responsible for replacing goods lost in transit.
The provision of goods and services by Fouché Studios is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Fouché Studios will refund the client in full within 30 days.
If an item arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged artwork. Notify the courier service when signing for the parcel. Contact Fouche Studios immediately and send us pictures of any damage , we will assist with the insurance claim for our end. Also call the courier company immediately and inform them of the damage to start the insurance claim process.
If a product is faulty, the item must be returned at the shipping/courier cost of the customer. If the item is deemed faulty and requires replacement, Fouche Studios will cover the costs of shipping the item back to the client.
Fouché Studios shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded here
Payment may be made via Credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners club and more are accepted through paypal.
Card transactions for Fouché Studios will be processed via PayPal, a globally trusted payment gateway. PayPal uses the strictest encryption standards, ensuring your transactions are secure. No card details are stored on the website, providing an added layer of protection. Users may visit www.paypal.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details are kept separate from card details.
